On Saturday, June 1, Artists Building Community Project annual program, MOSAICS, is back for its third year and this year’s theme is “Policing Ourselves.” Artists and event attendees will be invited to explore the definition of the verb “police” and the question “What are the rules to we live by, and why?”

MOSAICS features both visual and performing artists who have ties to Southeastern San Diego, a nod to their respective contemporary ballet and visual art backgrounds.
