I have read the JVJC Outdoor Guidelines FAQ and agree to abide by its requirements. I will be present during the activity and will return the space to a clean and acceptable condition prior to exiting the facility. If the space is not returned to its original condition or better, I understand that I am responsible for any loss or damage to the facility and will not be returned deposit.

I understand that on rare occasions, JCNI may need to move my activity to an alternate space under JCNI management and that should such an occasion arise, JCNI will attempt to notify me as soon as possible.

I (“Applicant”) shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation , Market Creek Partners LLC, West Side Creek LLC, and the Joe & Vi Jacobs Center, and its officers, directors, partners, agents, members and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees (collectively "Claims") arising out of or caused by the applicant’s or its members negligence in connection with the use of the approved facility. Applicant shall not have waived or be deemed to have waived, by reason of this paragraph, any defense which it may have with respect to such Claims. The Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation, Market Creek Partners LLC, West Side Creek LLC, and the Joe & Vi Jacobs Center assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or injury.
