The Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation (JCNI) is seeking proposals from qualified, professional construction management firms to provide construction management services for the interior office renovations for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Accelerator Project.
The Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation invites bids from licensed, qualified contractors to provide the labor and materials to demolish and completely rebuild approximately 4,300 SF of interior office space on the second floor of the Joe and Vi Jacobs Center, 404 Euclid Avenue, San Diego, CA 92114. The scope of work will include demolition and the installation of new interior partitions, flooring, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and finishes.
Gateways & Shade Structures
JCNI will install two artist designed gateways and three shade structures in a linear park adjacent to a recently restored section of Chollas Creek.
JCNI will install approximately 7,025 SF of concrete walkway, a stone bench, and interpretive signage along a restored section of Chollas Creek.
