Congratulations to Jacobs Center’s Facilities Concierge Alvenesia Sims who recently completed a Certified Property Manager (CPM) certificate from IREM® and received the “Community Jewel Award” at the 27th Annual Kuumba Fest Black 2 Excellence Celebration.

Alvenesia joined Jacobs Center as an in-house security guard in 2013 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. Jacobs Center is grateful for Alvenesia’s dedication to Jacobs Center’s work and the betterment of Southeastern San Diego.
