If you are interested in starting your own small home kitchen operation we invite you to attend our informational workshop on starting a MEHKO (micro-enterprise home kitchen operation). Here we will introduce you to the basics of the MEHKOs program, some of the key regulations, what types of foods are or are not allowed, and also provide resources and other opportunities to learn more about this program.
