We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
```Duties```
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in schedule management and coordinating appointments
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
