About Us:
Black Lion Cafe is a fast-growing, Ethiopian-inspired specialty coffee brand with multiple locations in Maryland and a newly launched roasting facility. We take pride in our premium roasted coffee and are expanding wholesale distribution locally and nationally.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead the growth of our roasted coffee division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales as well as strong skills in online and social media marketing , particularly in the food and beverage or hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting cafs, restaurants, grocery stores, offices, and retail outlets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and wholesale partners
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, etc.)
• Oversee online sales and help grow e-commerce traffic and conversions
• Manage Black Lion Cafes online presence and brand voice through content creation and engagement
• Attend industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to promote the brand
• Collaborate with internal teams (roasting, retail, branding) for consistent messaging and fulfillment
• Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance insights

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing (coffee or food/beverage industry strongly preferred)
• Proven success in managing social media marketing and online advertising
• Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, Shopify, etc.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital analytics
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed

Compensation:
Base salary (commensurate with experience) plus competitive commission and performance-based bonuses.
