HR Consultant - Free Parking in Bethesda, MD!

• Our client is a school in Bethesda, MD!
• Due to a vacancy, they are hiring a HR Consultant to work in office.
• Duration: 4-6+ weeks
• Pay: $45-50 depending on experience!

Overview of the HR Consultant role:

• New Hire Onboarding/Orientation
• Employee Relations
• Talent Acquisition - posting ADs, interviewing, etc.
• Worker Comp Claims
• Benefit Admin - open enrollment
• Ad hoc projects / reporting

Preferred Qualifications for the HR Consultant:

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus
• French speaking is a plus
• Extremely organized, able to multi-task effectively and attentive to detail
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to work independently
• Fast and accurate data entry required
