Overview

Are you a Night Owl with warehouse picker/packer experience?
Ōnin Staffing has the perfect opportunity for you! We're currently hiring Overnight Picker Packers for a drug distribution center in Durham.

• Sunday: 4:30 PM-1:00 AM
• Monday-Thursday: 6:30 PM-3:00 AM
• End times can vary based on production needs
• Teammate-to-hire
• $16.00/hour

As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and supporting warehouse operations.

• Pick full case orders according to customer specifications and wave assignments
• Ensure orders are picked accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner
• Separate printed orders by wave assignment for proper processing
• Operate motorized warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, cherry picker, etc.) safely and effectively
• Charge and maintain warehouse equipment after use
• Assist with receiving duties as needed
• Maintain reliable attendance in accordance with company policy

Skills and Experience

Preferred Candidate Qualities:

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
• Coachable and eager to learn new skills
• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
• Ability to separate printed orders by wave assignment
• Skilled in operating motorized warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, cherry picker, etc.)
• Responsible for proper charging and care of warehouse equipment after use

Background Requirement:

• Must have a clean background (only minor traffic violations allowed)
