Electronics Manufacturing Technicians - SMT Operators, Machines Operator & Coating Technicians


Oldsmar, FL | 1st & 2nd Shifts | Overtime Available on Weekends



Join our growing electronics manufacturing team! We are hiring for multiple technician roles that play a critical part in building high-quality electronic assemblies. Whether you're an experienced SMT Operator or have a steady hand from a trade or hobby background (painting, detailing, nail tech, car wraps, etc.), we want to meet you.


Open Roles

SMT Operators (Specialized) & Machine Operators


As an SMT Operator, you'll work with MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick-and-place machines to assemble complex electronic components with precision.



Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SMT pick-and-place machines
• Set up, load, and troubleshoot automated SMT lines
• Perform stencil printing, reflow soldering, AOI, and X-ray inspections
• Verify placement and quality of components
• Support production output, quality goals, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SMT operation experience (MyCronic/Universal Fuzion preferred)
• Knowledge of soldering, reflow, inspection, and component placement
• Strong technical aptitude and computer literacy
• For Machine Operator Only - Need to be mechanically inclined.

Coating Technicians


As a Coating Technician, you'll apply protective coatings and finishes to electronic assemblies, ensuring durability and reliability. Candidates with steady hand skills (painting, auto detailing, nail tech, hobby work) excel in this role.



Responsibilities

• Apply coatings, potting, bonding, or insulating materials to assemblies
• Operate coating/dispensing machines (PVA, etc.)
• Mask, tape, and touch up as needed for precision coverage
• Inspect and handle quality assurance checks
• Safely handle chemicals, solvents, and process fluids

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on trade experience (painting, detailing, coatings, etc.)
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to read prints/specifications and follow safety standards
• Comfortable working with chemicals and solvents

General Requirements (Both Roles)

• Must pass a medical exam per supplier guidelines
• Ability to read/write English
• Computer literacy for documentation and machine operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
