Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Product managers, Designers, and Developers to gather requirements and deliver design solutions.
2. Strong presentation skill, and effectively demo designs to larger groups, including business and legal partners.
3. Ensure ADA compliance and implement best practices in all design work.
4. Work with the research team to define research objectives and apply insights.
5. Utilize analytics and survey platforms to make data-driven design decisions.
6. Leverage design system and components to create cohesive design solutions.
Must have:
1. Online portfolio with UI/UX case study
2. Expertise in Figma
3. Proficiency in ADA/Accessibility standards
4. Experience working in Agile environments
