Job Details Collaborate on ASC 740 tax provision and tax accounting computations and procedures, encompassing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, as well as the transition to accrual processes.
Generate ASC 740 reports using Onesource Tax Provision.
Compile U.S. Consolidated Form 1120 income tax returns and associated workpapers.
Develop State Income and Franchise tax returns along with supporting workpapers.
Compute and process federal and state estimated tax payments quarterly and annually.
Offer tax support for strategic business decisions.
Assist in addressing tax information requests and notices from tax authorities, participating in federal and state tax audits.
Identify and execute process improvement initiatives, incorporating tools and techniques to enhance efficiency.
Complete monthly and quarterly filings for sales-based tax returns.
Assemble property tax listings and facilitate property tax payments.
Handle all annual report filings and associated payments.
Aid in managing U.S. cash tax projections.
Maintain tax depreciation records within Sage Fixed Assets Depreciation.
Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation.
Interpret tax policy, procedures, and laws, contributing to strategic planning for efficient tax compliance and recognizing opportunities for tax savings.
