Responsibilities
  • Manage all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on major search networks.
  • Manage SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with Search Engineers, Internet Marketers, Designers, Programmers, and Creative Directors on website projects.
  • Develop skills through targeted research and training.
  • Use online platforms like Asana to organize tasks and track progress.
  • Receive feedback and suggestions to improve skills.
  • Work with the team to overcome barriers and clarify tasks.
  • Maintain and update website content, metadata, and SEO reports for relevance and accuracy.
  • Audit website content for reliability and usability, and implement SEO improvements.

Ideal Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field (preferred).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and management tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills; graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and related platforms.
  • Ability to develop and execute social media strategies; strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
  • Proven creativity in campaign development and trend awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic, continuous learner mindset, and a startup attitude.
  • Competitive spirit and passion for social media, especially TikTok.
