ANR Group Inc is accepting resumes fora Senior Piping Designer Located in Richland, WA.Initially anticipated to be a one-year assignment with the potential for extension. The hourly rate range for this position is $34-$74 per hour (plus full benefits) with overtime paid at time and ½ for hours worked over 40 in one week. Client allows for reimbursement of mobilization, daily per diem and M&IE, monthly trips home and demobilization. *This is an active recruitment that may close at any time without notice. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.*DESCRIPTION OF WORK - SPECIFIC•Essential duties include performing 3D modeling of piping and equipment in a 3D model environment and preparation of 2D drawings/documents for General Arrangements and piping isometrics drawings.•Assist with coordination of 3D model activities, i.e. input, interference reconciliation, etc. with other physical related disciplines.•Support planning and scheduling and prepare/maintain design procedures, standards to provide quality design documents as directed.•Interface with stress and pipe support engineers, construction, and suppliers during the preparation of piping designs for the purpose of model/space control, etc. and perform reviews of engineering documents.•Advanced knowledge of piping codes such as ASME B31.3 or B31.1BASIC QUALIFICATIONS•Significant hands-on experience using in a 3D piping design platform and experience using a 3D isometric extraction program. Extensive knowledge & application of ASME B31.1 and/or B31.3 codes•Grade education/experience included:Grade 25 - AA/AS/Cert with 8 years of related design experience; or 12 years related design experienceGrade 26 - AA/AS/Cert with 11 years of related design experience; or 15 years related design experienceMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS•Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical (if located at the construction site), and background check which includes verification of employment and education.•Must be able to obtain a Department of Energy badge for access to the Hanford Site.
