Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills : Experience with Einstein Analytics, predictive lead scoring, or other AI/ML Salesforce tools. Familiarity with DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
