Job Title: Director of Fulfillment

Salary: 135K to $150K

Stay-on-Bonus: $3000

About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Fulfillment to lead our warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire order lifecycle, from inventory management to on-time delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You’ll lead a dynamic team, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire fulfillment teams, including managers, supervisors, and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and returns to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain performance.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to solve operational challenges and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline operations and scale for growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fulfillment and logistics.

Who You Are:

• Experienced leader with 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or distribution, including 5+ years managing large fulfillment operations.
• Proven track record in high-volume distribution, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or perishable goods.
• Skilled in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and automation technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
• Exceptional communicator who collaborates across departments and inspires teams to deliver results.
• Knowledgeable in OSHA regulations, safety programs, and compliance standards.

· Synchronization of meal kits

· Food experience as regulations

· Dr. of Fulfillment Center: 150,000 boxes a week .

· Order fulfillment.
