Job Description Location: Hybrid (Remote & On-Site in Elmwood Park, NJ)
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the opportunity to work on-site, providing valuable experience in both marketing and sales within a forward-thinking consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various online tools and databases. Generate high-quality leads to support our sales and marketing teams.
- Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outreach to potential leads via email, phone, and social media to generate interest and set up initial meetings or calls.
- Market Research: Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to help refine marketing strategies and sales tactics.
- Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information and track the progress of outreach efforts.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, outreach success, and market insights to provide actionable feedback and support decision-making.

Qualifications - Education: BA/BS or upper-class student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field with a strong commercial interest.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Pipedrive, sourcing products such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo, Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites, and social media platforms.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required. A strong interest in marketing and sales is essential. Consulting exposure a plus.
- Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with an ability to handle data and derive insights.
Additional Information - Be comfortable communicating in-person, by phone, over video, as well as collaboration chat tools such as Slack
- Be a self-starting independent team player who is both professional and kind to colleagues and customers
- Be tech savvy and ideally consider yourself 'fairly technical'
