What We Offer Weekly pay of $20.40 per hour Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Overtime available Weekly Pay Production Associate Tasks & Duties Select parts needed for painting Clean surfaces to remove dirt by shaking it out and wiping down Deburr sheet metal panels and label them Protect areas not intended to be painted by applying masking tape Hang metal pieces and panels onto conveyor line to be painted - this requires heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs Pull finished pieces and panels off the conveyor line and place in finishing area Inspects all work to ensure compliance May assist machine operators by loading and unloading raw materials Production Associate Shift Info 2nd Shif: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm-6:00am Overtime required Production Associate Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) Stable work history showing reliability and commitment to past employers Physical dexterity and ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must be comfortable working in a hot area of the warehouse because you are near paint booths and other machinery GED / High School Diploma Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals in English Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial Able to work as part of a team Apply today!
