We are actively seeking a full-time Bathroom Remodeling Technician to work valley wide. The ideal candidate will have prior remodeling experience that includes shower door installation and cultured marble shower remodeling. Experience resurfacing of existing fixtures and/or tub/shower is a plus but not required. Light plumbing experience a plus. This individual must be able to differentiate between colors and troubleshoot technical and customer issues as they occur. A training period will be provided and pay will depend on experience and skill. Extreme level of customer service and respect for others is required. 

Responsibilities:

• Install new tub/shower units and vanity tops;
• Become the expert on resurfacing projects, shower enclosure installation, repairs, remodels and all troubleshooting including maintaining warehouse inventory and equipment preparedness;
• Perform warranty and service calls when needed and coordinate the appropriate paperwork;
• Use various hand tools on a daily basis;
• Become familiar with the company’s policies and procedures in order to best serve the customers;
• Take initiative, resolve problems and create improved procedures to ensure tasks are completed in the most effective and time efficient manner;
• Maintain stellar customer service and have the skill to converse with various types of people including customers in their home and company vendors with extreme professionalism and respect;
• Ability to troubleshoot unexpected conditions to complete the work in a workman like manner and to Convertabath’s standards;
• Ability and willingness to jump in when needed, follow through and have excellent interpersonal communication skills;
• Maintain an interest in finished carpentry work and learn new skills as needed;
• POSITIVE WORK ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.
• Other responsibilities as needed and assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work daily. Must start the day from our Chandler office. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years prior experience in shower remodeling or similar. Using hand tools is required. Must be able to complete projects with minimal errors. Advanced reading and writing skills in English. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. Must stay organized before, during and after each project and know when to coordinate with office staff if materials are needed so project stays on track. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and remain flexible and be able to work independently as well as with customers, vendors, and fellow employees. Must be willing to be a part of a fun and relaxed Company but will be serious about their craft.
