2 years as a certified pharmacy technician in an outpatient environment Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Epic Willow Ambulatory certification • Epic Willow Inventory certification • Epic Willow Inpatient certification • Experience with Willow Informatics Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Pharmacy Informatics Analyst to support and enhance our pharmacy operations through Epic systems. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing Epic modules, particularly in support of pharmacy workflows, inventory systems, and reporting needs. Key Responsibilities: • Epic System Support & Development • Build and maintain Epic pharmacy modules, including workflows, reports, and configurations. • Perform regular NDC (National Drug Code) price updates to ensure accurate medication pricing. • Troubleshoot and resolve ad hoc Epic-related issues and break/fix requests. • Workflow Optimization • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to design and implement workflows that align with clinical and operational goals. • Translate pharmacy requirements into Epic build specifications. • Reporting & Analytics • Develop and maintain custom reports to support pharmacy operations, compliance, and performance tracking. • Inventory & POS Systems • Support and enhance the Willow Inventory system within Epic. • Assist with integration and support of the Point-of-Sale (POS) system used in pharmacy operations.
