Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)

We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. We require candidates to have a work history in either a facility or an agency setting.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a PCA or CNA
• Valid driver's license and owned vehicle
• Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Available shifts:

• Morning
• Evening
• Nights
• Weekends

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
