Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Call Center (A Hi-Tech Dental Implant Center)

Location: Louisville, KY

Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 base + Bonus Potential ($65,000–$90,000+ total earnings)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We’re seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join a rapidly growing, state-of-the-art dental implant center in Louisville. This is a phone-driven, sales-focused position where success comes from persistence, professionalism, and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and schedule consultations
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and urgency
• Build trust and educate patients on treatment options, creating urgency to book
• Consistently follow up with prospects to keep them engaged and moving forward
• Track and manage leads in the CRM and monitor performance metrics
• Support marketing and lead-generation activities

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of proven phone sales or call center experience
• Dental Office experience
• Dental Office Scheduling experience, ideally for Implant or All-on-X related treatments.
• Confident, persuasive communicator who thrives on the phone
• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
