Excel Equipment, Virginia’s premier CASE construction equipment dealer, is searching for an Inside Parts Sales Representative to join their Fishersville , VA team.

If you have strong customer service skills, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Excel Equipment wants to hear from you! Prior parts experience is highly preferred.

Essential duties/responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Adhere to all parts department policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Exhibit a service-first mentality with a problem-solving approach tailored to customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and completion.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts department and showroom.
  • Check in morning deliveries and accurately store parts in designated bin locations.
  • Stock and maintain showroom displays according to company standards.
  • Support monthly promotions in collaboration with management.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by identifying and offering relevant solutions.
  • Ensure timely and professional follow-up with customers and internal team members.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties such as taking out trash, sweeping, stocking restrooms, and maintaining clutter-free counters.
