Mechanic C

Overview

We are seeking an entry level Maintenance Mechanic C for the Parco Ontario, CA location.

Responsibilities

\n
• Assist with maintenance and mechanical tasks under supervision
\n
• Follow instructions precisely and work safely in a high-risk environment
\n
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment appropriately
\n
• Support the team in troubleshooting and repairs of equipment and machinery
\n
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
\n
• Learn and comply with all plant safety protocols
\n
• Additional duties as assigned
\n

Requirements

\n
• High school education or equivalent experience
\n
• Industrial mechanical maintenance experience a plus.
\n
• Must read,write, and speak english
\n
• Have or be able to obtain a permit to operate a forklift
\n
• Basic mechanical inclination or previous hands-on experience with tools (personal or professional)
\n
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well as part of a team
\n
• Willingness to accept flexible or rotating hours, including weekends or off-shifts if needed
\n
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the maintenance field
\n
• Pass a basic mechanical aptitude test (to be scheduled by HR)
\n

Physical Requirements

\n
• Ability to work in an area where temperature varies from 60 to 105°F
\n
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
\n
