Direct message the job poster from Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC) This role is for a Marketing Associate who will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies for JTCC (Junior Tennis Champions Center) in College Park, Maryland. The position offers an opportunity to start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Calendar & Strategy : Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and maintain the marketing calendar for various initiatives including paid media, PR, and special events. Social Media Oversight : Lead all social media activities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, focusing on content creation, analytics, and follower growth using tools like Hootsuite. Branding & Promotional Materials : Utilize graphic design expertise (Adobe Creative Suite & Canva) to create a wide range of print and online marketing materials such as graphics, flyers, website designs, and advertisements. This includes managing photo/video assets and working with an advertising budget. Website Oversight : Assist with ongoing website content maintenance and updates. Requirements & Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Experience in social media management and creating engaging content to boost brand visibility. Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite & Canva). Strong writing skills with adaptability for different audiences. Digital marketing experience is preferred. About the Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is someone with a "can-do" attitude, who appreciates the positive impact of sports (especially tennis). They should be a strong team player, ambitious, creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.
