Job Title: Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (USA Only)
Position Type: Contractor (30 hours per week)
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice assisting clients with their loan services. If you have a strong understanding of loan products and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! You will engage with clients, respond to inquiries, and help resolve any issues related to our loan products, applications, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Inbound Communications: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other communications regarding our loan services with professionalism and care.
- Provide Accurate Information: Address questions from clients and potential customers about loan products, terms, conditions, and application processes.
- Assist with Loan Applications: Guide clients through the loan application journey, explaining the necessary documentation and next steps clearly.
- Problem Solving: Help clients with any concerns or issues regarding their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.
- Follow Up on Customer Inquiries: Ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer requests and questions.
- Document Client Interactions: Accurately record customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system for seamless service.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our loan services team to provide excellent customer support and escalate any complex issues as needed.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations to better assist clients.
- Adhere to Compliance Standards: Ensure all client interactions align with our policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, ideally within loan services, banking, or financial services.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex loan terms in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of efficiently addressing customer concerns and finding solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing and recording customer inquiries and interactions.
- Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for providing excellent service and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Additional Skills:

- Familiarity with loan products (such as home loans, personal loans, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage various communication channels simultaneously.
