Come work with a dynamic team of professionals! Our skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Administrator LNHA who fosters team cohesion and promotes a collaborative, supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating of the facility to ensure quality care for residents;
• Be knowledgeable of and implement federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the facility and residents, personnel, and physical plant.
• Responsible for interpreting and implementing corporate vision, purpose, mission and value statements.
• Make sure facility is a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors and staff in accordance with company guidelines.
• Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Salary for this position is $120K, DOE and census. Survey-related bonuses can provide up to $10K more per year.

Qualifications:

• LNHA license required
• 2 years' experience in a supervisory role at a SNF or in a Long-Term Care setting
• excellent oral and written communication skills
