Overview: We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Administrator to lead our facility’s operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, oversee daily operations, and foster a positive and productive work culture for staff and residents alike.

What you will be doing:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct overall operations of facility as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current state and federal laws and regulations.
• Identify facility’s KPIs and establish an ongoing system to monitor these indicators such as the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement process throughout the facility.
• Develop and execute a census and occupancy management strategy that results in improved census and improved fiscal health for the facility.
• Teach staff about new CMS program initiatives such as value-based purchasing programs like SNF-VBP, SNF-QRP, Quality Measures, Nursing Home Compare, Payroll Based Journal reporting, etc.
• Communicate directly with residents, medical and nursing staff, family members, department heads and members of the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and services.
• Respond to and resolve complaints and concerns when necessary,

What you need to qualify:

• A valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s license in Ohio.
• 2 years' experience leading facility operations of a Nursing Home.
• Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
