*FUNERAL DIRECTOR / EMBALMER* * Must have Funeral Director / Embalmer license * Funeral arrangements * Making notes * Completing and ordering DCs * Notifying Social Security * Setting arrangement appointments 10am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm * Death notices * Military paperwork * Complete contracts * Sending paperwork to crematory * Following through with disposition * Coordinating with Cemetery/Funeral Home/Crematory * Complying with State and County Regulations * Notifying King Co Medical Examiner on King Co Death * Removals * On call phones & removals (one night a week & 1 weekend a month) * Follow established verification process for clients * Obituaries * Creating guestbook and folders * Embalming * Setting up for viewings * Dressing and casketing * Filling urns * Phones * Answering pricing calls * Clean up after every arrangement * Excellent time management * Team player * Fulltime 37.5 hours a week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Education: * Associate (Preferred) Experience: * Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required) * Funeral directing: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) * Funeral Director License (Required) Work Location: In person by Jobble
