DeFi startup with $30M in funding is looking for a Product Manager to lead their GTM strategy! This is a rare chance to impact GTM product strategy and full cycle product management during a high-growth phase at an early stage startup. Job Details
Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market product strategy to support the company’s growth and expansion.
Own the entire product lifecycle, ensuring offerings meet market needs and deliver value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market seamlessly.
Stay ahead of Web3/crypto trends to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Use customer feedback and market insights to refine products and identify new opportunities.
Drive successful product launches with clear execution and team alignment.
Qualifications
Experience as a Product Manager (or similar) where the core product was crypto related (DeFi or Layer 2 big plus).
Experience with the full product lifecycle including market research, strategy development, execution, launch, and post-launch optimization.
Passion GTM product strategy and a track record of delivering successful launches.
Strong analytical mindset to leverage data for product improvements and scaling opportunities.
Strong communicator with the ability to craft compelling narratives, collaborate across teams, and keep stakeholders informed on milestones and product performance.
