Salary: $140,000 - $225,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market product strategy to support the company’s growth and expansion.
- Own the entire product lifecycle, ensuring offerings meet market needs and deliver value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market seamlessly.
- Stay ahead of Web3/crypto trends to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Use customer feedback and market insights to refine products and identify new opportunities.
- Drive successful product launches with clear execution and team alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager (or similar) where the core product was crypto related (DeFi or Layer 2 big plus).
- Experience with the full product lifecycle including market research, strategy development, execution, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Passion GTM product strategy and a track record of delivering successful launches.
- Strong analytical mindset to leverage data for product improvements and scaling opportunities.
- Strong communicator with the ability to craft compelling narratives, collaborate across teams, and keep stakeholders informed on milestones and product performance.
