Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial electrical service, repair, installation, and maintenance. Arrive at work on time and ready to tackle the day. Work independently or with a helper to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while providing excellent customer service. Keep your work truck organized, stocked, and in good condition. Collaborate with your team and leadership to efficiently complete jobs. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment. Be open to learning and growing-paid training is provided. Attend a mandatory 2-day training school to learn generator servicing as a requirement. Qualifications 6+ years of experience working as a Journeyman Electrician in a Residential and Commercial setting - NO LICENSE REQUIRED. Motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally. Coachable attitude-personality and work ethic are more important than years of experience.
