Japanese Manufacture company in Sunnyvale/CA seeks a Japanese/English Bilingual Administrative Coordinator.
Position : Japanese/English Bilingual Administrative Coordinator
Location: Sunnyvale/CA
Salary: 70K~80K/year DOE (賞与別途支給実績あり)

Job Preference: Full time
Working Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm /Onsite
Responsibilities:
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage executives’ calendars and set up meeting
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Schedules meetings based on staff and room availability
• Keep up with office supply inventory
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
• Perform routine custodial maintenance,
• Assists administrators with duties on an as-needed basis
• Other general administrative duties as needed
• Maintains and recommends changes to company website.
Requirements:
• Excellent communicator both in English and Japanese (read/write/ speak)
• 3 or more years of experience in administrative roles required
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employee
• Multitasker. Work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to understand and grasp new concepts quickly
• Work experience in Japanese oriented company highly preferred
