Job Title: Pizza Delivery Driver - Venezia's Pizzeria
Venezia's Pizzeria is looking for highly motivated individuals who are familiar with the Phoenix area and have a clean driving record to join our team as Pizza Delivery Drivers. Position: Pizza Delivery Driver
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay: $11.35 per hour
- Additional compensation: $2.50 per run, plus tips (average about $6 per run)
- Total earnings: Up to $25 per hour with tips
- Drivers typically take about 3-4 deliveries per hour during the peak rush from 4:30-8:30 PM
- Experienced drivers can earn close to $30-35 per hour on average
- Full-time and part-time positions available
Requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle.
- Must have a valid driver's license, registration, and insurance.
- Open availability and willingness to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Physical ability to lift 40 lbs or more.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Works well in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must have a food handler's card or be Serv Safe Certified or equivalent.
Job Duties:
- Answering phones and accurately taking customer orders.
- Proficiency with the point of sale system.
- Ensuring the quality of orders by delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Ability to assist with stocking, cleaning, taking out the trash, and doing dishes as needed.
