Irrigation Supervisor needed to oversee activities on 20,000 acres and to supervise a crew of 7 employees. Experience with irrigation operations and in particular with different types of center pivots and/or traveler irrigation a must. Owners require supervisor to provide water safely, reliably and equitably to crops that include corn, cotton, wheat and milo. Manage the daily tasks of irrigation including staff supervision and carrying out the policies and directions of the owners. Must understand the principles of water use assessments and withdrawals. Must have some experience in supervising and developing staff. Additional knowledge of fertilizing, record keeping and report preparation helpful.
