  • Certifications Requirements: Valid State Physical Therapy License, BLS certification, and CPR certification.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
  • Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy services to diverse patient populations.
