Position Overview

The Briley Group is seeking an Analyst to support our directors through research, financial reporting, and a broad range of analytical and operational responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to contribute meaningfully across multiple business brands.

The Analyst will gather and interpret data, conduct market and industry research, and assist with the development of presentations and reports that inform strategic decision-making. A successful candidate will proactively take initiative, manage competing priorities and deadlines, and operate with minimal oversight while maintaining accuracy and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support directors across multiple business units.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, business plans, investor presentations, and strategic materials.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from various sources.
  • Support due-diligence efforts for potential investments or strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, memos, and reports for internal and executive review.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure progress across initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and portfolio company teams as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative, analytical, or operational tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and organize complex data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
