Signal Marine is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager who is ready to make an impact and help fuel our growth. This role is all about making connections, creating opportunities, and going after new business. You'll be hunting for leads, sparking conversations, and turning prospects into loyal customers. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell Signal Marine / DIRECTV Mobility services through outbound and inbound calls to prospects and customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a knowledgeable and proactive approach, ensuring a positive consumer experience with Signal Group.
  • Utilize Solution Selling with all prospect and customer interactions.
  • Manage a high call volume and fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Prospect to build long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Travel as needed to build the company’s brand and presence at trade shows related to the company.
  • Input large quantities of data into the CRM system (NetSuite) and DIRECTV systems.
  • Input, manage, and maintain customer information in the CRM system (NetSuite).
  • Enter sales order data into systems.
  • Monitor all orders and accounts to ensure compliance with DIRECTV standards.
  • Assist on special projects as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to participate in a team environment and facilitate group meetings
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Capable of operating within a disciplined, high quality, growth environment.
  • Proficient in using a personal computer and proprietary software
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP System is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
  • Proven knowledge and success in all areas of sales
  • Ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects at the same time

Education and Experience:

Associate degree preferred

1-2 years of sales experience selling complex technical products or solutions
