What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Previous experience as an Independent Appraiser, Property Adjuster, Mechanical Inspector, or Field Photo Inspector
2. Self-motivated and able to work independently
3. Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
