Our client, a dynamic staffing agency, is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter to join their team. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be part of the recruitment department supporting various client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Full Desk Recruiter - Bilingual Spanish 

Location: Pittsburg, KS

Pay Range: $20-23

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and techniques.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, including resume advice and interview preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM or ATS.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency or staffing environment.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
