Compensation: $120k-$140k with 1-2% equity

About the Role:

We are looking for a Founding Full Stack AI Software Engineer who will play a key role in the development of Voker’s platform. You will be joining at the ground level and have the opportunity to shape the future of the product. We need a full-stack engineer who is eager to work alongside our CTO and the core team in building out our technology stack and delivering customer-driven AI solutions. You should have experience shipping robust features to production with proper architecture, testing and design. You don't just take tickets and build to spec - you actually care about the end customer's pains and you want to know how your code is impacting them.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must currently be located in Los Angeles to apply.
• Must have at least 1 YOE as a Senior Software Engineer and 4+ YOE engineering in total.
• Must have 2 years of experience developing AI applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) and systems such as retrieval-based methods, fine-tuning, or agent-based architectures, and experience with AI frameworks like Langchain, Llama Index, OpenAI, or similar tools.
• Desire to work in person, next to CTO, CEO and engineering team 6 days a week.
• Experience with: Svelte, Python, TypeScript, Postgres
• Enthusiastic about the challenges and opportunities of working at a very early startup.
• Someone who enjoys being a part of a small, tight-knit team where your contributions will directly impact the success of the company.

Nice to Have:

• Experience deploying, monitoring and maintaining large language models (LLMs) models in production.
• Previous startup experience.
