Salary:

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analytics including variance analysis around the information disclosed in the internal and external reports/disclosures.
• Responsible for the preparation ofthe annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP and international accounting standardsfor the Companys legal entities.
• Support management byleading andcompleting projectsimpacting financial reporting.
• Daily trade processing and reconciliation of cash balances
• Daily/Monthly reconciliation of investment positions and market values
• Confirming the validity of corporate actions and significant price changes
• Review of accruals and expense items
• Calculation and recording management fees and incentive fees
• Preparation of investor allocation
• Confirming investor capital statement
• Preparation of the fund's financial statements
• Work with CFO to maintain Companys control framework, process narratives, and flowcharts.
• Responsible for the preparation of the Companys monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong accounting background with a solid knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong knowledge of financial products (i.e., equities, futures, fixed income)
• 2-3-year industry experience with financial services hedge/venture funds
• Understanding of securities valuation, settlement properties and attributes
• Understanding of the hedge/venture funds under administration (legal structure, investment objective, fee structure, liquidity provisions, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and impeccable keen attention to detail
• High level of enthusiasm and curiosity to grow your career in a multifaceted and growing company
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, coordinate the efforts of others and work well with people at a wide range of levels
• Ability to work under pressure
• Crypto Currency fund Experiences preferable
• CPA or CPA candidate a plus
