Our client is a law firm with offices across the United States. They are seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The position is on site 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Orlando, FL. Job Details # Assist with all phases of litigation, from investigation to trial # Maintain record of billable hours # Prepare legal documents and deposition materials # Coordinate discovery process # Create case chronologies, including evidence and exhibits # File and update case pleadings # Maintain and update litigation and docketing calendar # Perform extensive legal and factual research # Salary Range: $75-85k annually, based on experience # Excellent benefits package available from day one!
