As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our finance department by managing budgeting and forecasting activities, preparing monthly financial packets, and providing insightful financial reporting. You will also be responsible for analyzing labor trends and creating ad-hoc reports to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, be tech-savvy, and possess a keen eye for detail.

Overview of the Financial Analyst Role:

• Develop and manage comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial packets, including KPIs and other key metrics.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to support business operations.
• Conduct thorough analysis of labor trends and provide actionable insights.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
• Continuously improve processes and tools for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
