Job Description
General ranch and farm work on a dryland wheat and cow/calf operation. Would like applicant to have recent farming/ranching experience in all areas of field prep and aspects of modern farming practices, GPS, spraying, planting, fertilizing, pesticide license not necessary but a plus. Applicant must be a good equipment operator on all types of tractors with combine experience being a plus. Welding and mechanic skills on maintaining and servicing equipment also necessary. Experience with cattle, horses and practical veterinary (vaccinations, castrating, calving difficulties etc.) Ability to repair/build fencing is also necessary. Competitive salary depending on experience and skills. Housing provided along with work vehicle and half a beef each year.
