This is R/A ! Job Summary Working as the Executive Chef for a premier corporate client in NYC, you will be responsible for the success of the culinary program. The Executive Chef will support cafe and executive dining services. This is a client facing position and relationship building skills are necessary. This position offers a desireable Monday through Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities: - Operational excellence
- Build outstanding relationships with the clients
- Manage cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
- Plan and create all menus
- Purchase and manage inventory
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications: - Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- High volume production and catering experience
- Previous experience managing cost controls
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
