What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers looking to purchase materials or request quotes
• Provide product information, pricing, and order details in a professional and timely manner
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing
• Learn and stay up to date on products and pricing
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to help drive sales growth

• Coachability and a willingness to learn – no prior industry experience required!
