Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Wage & Hour Class Action/ PAGA Attorney to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and extensive experience handling complex class action litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cases and make a meaningful impact in the lives of consumers. This position can also be based in LA, San Diego, San Francisco or Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of class action lawsuits, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Stay informed about developments in employment law and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in California.
• Minimum 1 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Employment class action litigation.
• Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to advocating for consumer rights and social justice.
