Position Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Creative Vision: Own and champion the creative direction across copy, design, and experiences to ensure brand alignment, narrative clarity, and craft excellence.
  • Develop and Guide Strategy: Translate client goals and business objectives into actionable creative strategies, briefs, and experience frameworks for physical and digital environments.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver integrated, innovative solutions that meet audience needs and operational realities.
  • Client-Facing Leadership: Present concepts, guide discussions, and build trust with clients through clear communication of creative strategies, implications, and value.
  • Drive Creative Excellence: Maintain high standards of storytelling and design, champion innovation, and oversee execution through production and onsite delivery to protect creative integrity.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Set expectations, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative, accountable culture within the creative team.
  • Support Growth Initiatives: Contribute to new business efforts through proposal development, concepting, and pitch presentations.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in the areas of Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record as a Creative Director or senior creative leader in an agency or event-driven environment.
  • Deep expertise in either writing (brand voice, scripting, storytelling) or design (visual identity, art direction), paired with strong conceptual thinking skills.
