### **Skills for Chicagolands Future** _Is a Chicago-based nonprofit that removes barriers to employment by eliminating biases that disqualify candidates unnecessarily. • **Responsibilities:** Assist with bathing, feeding, day programs, and recreational activities.
• **Collaboration** : Work with both new and experienced CNAs and a dedicated management team to ensure the best care for residents.

• **Certification** : Must have a current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Illinois (or have a pending test date).
• **Education** : High School Diploma or GED.
• **Location** : Must be able to commute to Misericordia’s campus at 6300 N Ridge Ave, Chicago, IL 60660 (0.5 mi from PetersonRidge Metra station).
• **Availability** : Weekend availability is required.
