We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to support our Canadian members during the busy holiday shopping season. This role is primarily focused on email support (90%) with some live chat (10%), helping online shoppers resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
• Clarify and resolve customer complaints and support requests.
• Update customer accounts and records based on interactions.
• Identify and communicate trends or recurring issues to leadership.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to team training.
• Coordinate with merchant affiliate networks and extend member bonuses when applicable.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:15 AM–2:45 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• Shift Coverage:
  • 2 reps working Tuesday–Saturday
• 2 reps working Sunday–Thursday
  • (4 openings per shift)

Minimum Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in email/chat support.
• Familiarity with internet shopping and online stores.
• Ability to navigate the internet and use keyboard shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V).
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM (typing test required).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
